Privacy Policy

How we collect, use, and protect your personal data.

Your privacy is important to us. Our policy describes how we collect, process, transfer, secure, and store your data. We are responsible for the processing of personal data as set out in this privacy statement.

We process your personal data as soon as you use our services and/or because you provide this data to us yourself. Below you will find an overview of the personal data we process:

  • First and last name
  • Email address
  • Phone number
  • Internet browser and device type

How we secure personal data

We take the protection of your data seriously and take appropriate measures to prevent misuse, loss, unauthorized access, unwanted disclosure, and unauthorized modification. If you feel that your data is not properly secured or there are indications of misuse, please contact us to clarify this.

Special and/or sensitive personal data we process

Our website and/or service does not intend to collect data about website visitors who are under 16 years of age, unless they have permission from parents or a guardian. However, we cannot check whether a visitor is older than 16. We therefore recommend that parents be involved in their children’s online activities to prevent data about children from being collected without parental consent. If you are convinced that we have collected personal data about a minor without that consent, please contact us by email and we will delete this information.

For what purpose and on what legal basis we process personal data

We process your personal data for the following purposes:

  • Sending our newsletter and/or advertising brochure
  • To be able to call or email you if this is necessary to perform our services
  • To inform you about changes to our services and products
  • To deliver goods and services to you
  • We analyze your behavior on the website to improve the website and to tailor the range of products and services to your preferences

You are not obliged to disclose your personal data, but it is logical that the provision of certain services becomes impossible if you refuse processing.

How long we store personal data

We do not store your personal data longer than is strictly necessary to realize the purposes for which your data is collected. We apply the following retention periods for the following (categories) of personal data:

  • Your data is stored as long as you are a customer with us.
  • If a person is no longer a customer, personal data is deleted within 12 months, except for data that we are legally required to keep, such as invoices and accounting documents.
  • For a prospect, personal data is deleted 3 months after the last contact.

Sharing personal data with third parties

We only provide data to third parties if this is necessary for the execution of our agreement with you or to comply with a legal obligation.

Use of cookies

A cookie is a small text file that is stored in the browser of your computer, tablet, or smartphone when you first visit this website. All information about which cookies we use can be found in our extensive cookie policy on this website.

Viewing, modifying, or deleting data

You have the right to view, correct, or delete your personal data. In addition, you have the right to withdraw your consent for data processing or to object to the processing of your personal data by us, and you have the right to data portability. This means that you can submit a request to us to send the personal data we have about you in a computer file to you or another organization named by you.

You can send a request for access, correction, deletion, data transfer of your personal data, or a request to withdraw your consent or objection to the processing of your personal data to us by email. To ensure that the request for access has been made by you, we ask you to send a copy of your identity document either by email or by mail to our registered office, provided that a copy of your identity card is attached. We will respond to your request as quickly as possible, but within four weeks.
